I. Through Queer Strips I propose a definition of queerness: an attitude that rejects gender norms as transcendental truth (i.e., gender norms are not a priori true, from a queer perspective).
II. This project is composed of significant amounts of waste. As a marginalized material, waste is an ideal medium to convey queerness, which is a marginalized quality.
III. Textiles and queerness, as material and immaterial approaches, can connect a wider range of marginalized communities.
